Located in the prestigious area of Calabay Parc, our fully air conditioned beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa has all the comforts of home.

Calabay Parc is only a 15 minute drive to Disney and many other theme parks. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. You will find our Villa is perfectly suited for all your Florida holiday needs.

The Master Bedroom is spacious with a double bed, double wardrobe, and master en-suite with twin vanity units, WC, double shower and bath.

The Second Master Bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and
En-suite shower room.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin rooms with two single beds and double wardrobes in each room.

The third bathroom is located between the twin rooms.

The spacious Kitchen has an American style fridge freezer with ice maker. The adjoining Dining Room with beautiful bay window has a dining table and chairs.

The lounge is the room to relax in after a long day on your feet at the theme parks. You can wind down with a glass of wine, whilst the children play in the games room or are off to bed.

The private swimming pool with screen enclosure has patio furniture for you to have lunch or drinks. The south facing heated swimming pool is a hit whether it’s just a dip before heading to the parks or all day fun as you enjoy the sun from morning till late. An additional advantage is that a WC can be accessed from the pool area.

In the interests of child safety there is a safety screen around the pool which can be removed if it is not required.

The Villa has a double garage which has been converted into a games room. Children and adults can have fun playing a game of pool, air hockey or darts at their leisure.
